Free mock theory test for the motorcycle
40 questions in 90 minutes, from all seven official main themes – the same format as the real test for classes A1, A2 and A. You need 34 correct to pass.
How the mock exam works
You get one question at a time and can move back and forth before you hand in, just as at the test centre. The clock counts down from 90 minutes.
When you hand in, you see which ones you missed, the right answer and an explanation of why. The explanation is what makes you get it right next time.

When are you ready?
34 out of 40 is 85 per cent, which leaves little room for carelessness. A good target is to score 34 or more on several random mock exams in a row before you book the test.

Is the mock exam the real theory test?
No. The questions are written for this site and explained against Norwegian regulation. You sit the real test with Statens vegvesen, and it is not published.
