Delete your account

On the website

Sign in at veimester.no, open Account at the top right, and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page. You confirm with your password – or, if the account was created with Google and has no password, by typing the account's email address.

Deletion happens the moment you confirm. There is no grace period and no queue.

In the Android app

Same choice, same place: open Account in the app and choose Delete account. The confirmation is the same as on the website, and the result is identical – it is one and the same account.

What is deleted

Everything attached to the account: the account details, the sign-in sessions, all of your progress (mock exams, sign drills, course progress and reading time), any student verification, and the payment history including the last four card digits. An active access pass ends without a refund, so use it up first.

What remains

One nameless line per purchase in our sales records: date, amount, currency, what was bought and a reference – with no name, no email address and no link to the account. Norwegian bookkeeping law requires us to keep it, and the privacy policy says so too.

The visit counter also remains – it contains no personal data at all, just a date, a page address and a number.

Cannot sign in?

Email [email protected] from the address the account is registered with and ask for deletion. We delete the account manually and confirm when it is done.
