What the guarantee is
The one-month pass costs 299 kr and carries a pass guarantee: do the practice it asks for, fail the theory test anyway, and you get your money back, minus the payment processing fee.
The requirements are set to measure actual work rather than luck. They are about how much you have practised and what your current form is — not about how long you have held access.
Why the requirements are what they are
A guarantee with no conditions would be a guarantee that some customers pay for other customers' change of mind. The four conditions here are the things that actually correlate with passing: enough fully answered mock exams, a pass rate across your most recent ones, the whole course read, and reading time that is real.

Does the guarantee apply to the one-week pass?
No, it goes with the one-month pass. The conditions assume more practice than a week allows for.
How long do I have to claim?
The claim must be sent within a few days of the test. The exact deadline, along with the four conditions, is on the guarantee page in the app.
How do I know whether I qualify?
