Right answer and explanation
Right answer: B. The rear wheels are unloaded, and the back end can start to slide out
An abrupt lift moves weight forwards, much as light braking does. The rear wheels are unloaded at the very moment the side forces in the bend are greatest, and with a heavy load in the back the effect is sharper still. The back end can then slide out. Lift off gently, and take the speed off before the bend instead.
